Why are companies rushing into FRP applications'? Most
companies are plagued by numerous disparate applications that cannot present a
single unified view of the corporate information. Many of the legacy systems
are totally outdated. Reconciliation of data retrieved from various system's to
produce meaningful and correct information is extremely difficult, and, at some
